North Petherton Community Centre not only exists for the benefit of the local community, it belongs to the community and is run entirely by volunteers.

The centre is managed by the members of the North Petherton Community Centre Management Committee and all local organisations are entitled to request a place on it. Management Committee members each have a vote on the committee's decisions and are responsible for governing the Community Centre in accordance with our constitution, the lease of the land and the law. The committee meets every other month and also holds an Annual General Meeting, which is open to the public, each spring.
